BarryM Cosmetics Haul & First Impressions

BarryM Cosmetics Haul & First Impressions

I’ve recently picked up a few bits from BarryM cosmetics so I thought I would do a little post and share with you what I got, I feel like BarryM are bringing out some really good products recently, I’ve already got a few products by this brand which I love.

First thing I got was these new Chisel cheek cream contour sticks, I have the chisel cheeks powder palette and it’s  one of my favourite affordable contour product so I really wanted to try the cream sticks. I’ve yet to try these on my face so this is just first Impressions only and a quick  swatch.

first off I’m not in love with the highlighter shade I thought it was going to be a lot lighter and brighter than that, the contour shade looks ok, maybe a little on the warm side but hopefully it’s ok on the face. These are actually meant to adapt to your skin tone, so that’s why they only come in one shade, but when brands claim that a certain product is meant to adapt to a skin tone it’s very hard to believe so I will have to see if this is true when I try them out properly. But I love contour products so I had to give these a go.

Next up Is the illuminating Strobe cream, I have actually been looking for this for weeks and I was so happy I finally found the shade I wanted in 2 Ice bronze. I love my highlighters, especially ones like this that make the skin look really dewy and have that natural glow so I’m excited to try this, The formula feels like a liquid to cream.

I also wanted to try these new lip liners as I had seen a few people say the shades were similar to MAC, I love finding a good dupe so I picked up the shades 16 in toast & 17 in blush.

These are really nice, very creamy and not at all dry and also pigmented which I love in a lip liner, only thing I don’t like is the fact they don’t have the shade names on the lip pencils just the numbers, So I’ve had to look this up to give you the correct shade names in my post.

I have actually swatched Blush next to MACs whirl and it is very similar so if you love Whirl I would definitely pick this shade up.

I love finding good drugstore products and superdrug and boots have had lots of offers on lately so it’s the perfect time to stock up!

Have you tried any of these new BarryM products, let me know below??
