Sephora Haul

Sephora Haul

Hi loves,

So some of you will probably know it was my birthday on the 25th August, I did get a few bits but I mostly asked for money so I could order some makeup, obviously as I always want Makeup ha ha So I decided to make a Sephora order, I’m just going to quickly do a post explaining what I ordered as I will go in more detail and swatches of the palettes in another detailed post as I want to use them for a bit and Review them for you all 🙂

I did want to order a few bits but it’s always the way when you have money and want to order nothing is in stock, I wanted some concealers and lipstick but they were sold out which  is annoying. I also ordered some bits from beauty bay and cult beauty which I will talk about in another post when I come to review the products.

A lot of people ask me about ordering from Sephora as your be surprised how many people don’t know they ship to the UK or don’t like to order due to custom fees etc but I actually love ordering from Sephora, the shipping is standard rate when you spend over a certain amount It’s about £6/7 standard shipping if you spend over  £75 I think, but I’m not definitely sure on that but each time I’ve ordered over £100 worth it’s always been £6 shipping, if you spend less than that then shipping will be more, but obviously they add in  tax and fees etc on to the order so you won’t get any surprise custom fees and this is what I love about Sephora, I just like the fact it’s all calculated for you it makes it so much easier, just be aware that the more you spend and order the more taxes and fees will be. Also like to add Sephoras shipping is so fast I’m so impressed, I’ve always ordered on like the Thursday/Friday and it’s arrived on the Monday/ Tuesday it’s super quick which is a bonus.

So less of that and more of what I got, I only picked up these bits as like I said the other stuff I wanted was out of stock so I decided to pick up the bits I had wanted for so long that are slightly more difficult to get in the UK.

  •  KVD shade + light eye palette
  • tarte in bloom palette
  • tarte rainforest of the sea skin twinkle palette
  • Sephora charcoal nose strips
  • free birthday gift

I mostly wanted the palettes but the nose strips were only $3 so I thought they were worth a try as Sephora masks are normally really good, I also got a free birthday gift of  the Sephora fresh soy face cleanser and rose face mask,  I’ve yet to try this but you can’t wrong with a free gift can you.

The KVD shade and eye palette I had my eye on this for a while and I know KVD is launching at debenhams this week but I couldn’t wait and I knew it would be hard getting hold of anything for a while. This palette is beautiful, it’s so me I love the basic neutral palettes, like I said I won’t go in too much detail In this post as you will have to wait for my full Review but I’ve been using it for a few days and I’m in love already.

tarte in bloom3

How gorgeous is this packaging it’s so beautiful I love it, this is another palette I have been wanting for so long. Apart from qvc tarte is only sold in America which I’m gutted about as they have such amazing products I will have a post coming up about tarte cosmetics and a more in depth look and review of this palette as well so keep an eye out.

tarte of sea

More amazing packaging, I love the blue water effect with the gold it definitely screams rainforest of the sea. This is the skin twinkle highlighting palette, and I’ve wanted this ever since I saw all the beauty and youtube gurus talking about this when they went on the tarte vacation when they launched all these new products, this is a Sephora exclusive so I don’t think you can get this anywhere else, but again more details on this in my tarte post coming up, sorry to make you wait.

So that’s what I ordered, If you follow me snap you will see I’ve Ordered a few bits lately with my birthday money so I will  have plenty of posts coming up with all the goodies I got. 🙂

I love reading other people’s Haul posts, it also makes my makeup wish list longer ha ha.

Thanks for reading xo

I have the Tartlette in Bloom palette and it’s amazing! I use it so much. I’ve just recently bought my first Kat Von D product (foundation) and I’m in love so this palette looks like another good option to try

It’s so nice I actually prefer it to the original tartelette palette. You will love the KVD shade and light eye palette, can do lots of looks with it and it even comes with a instruction sheet haha to help with all the different shades. I’ve only got this and the liquid lipsticks from KVD but I definitely want to try more. Thank god debenhams now stock it, yay!!! Xo

Great haul! I’m a sucker for palettes because it takes the guesswork out of what colors go together. I’ve been waffling on the KVD Palette as I already have two basic matte palettes (one for cool, one for warm) but I love her formula. Can’t wait to see your review!
